Terms and Conditions: Free SEO Audit Promotion

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by TWD – Tyler Web Design (the “Company”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to businesses or organisations based in the Richmond Upon Thames borough, has an active website, and are not currently under contract with another SEO or web design agency.
Employees, officers, and directors of any business or organisation offering SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) as a service, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

2. Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins on February 1st 2025 and ends on Februray 28th 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
The Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

3. Offer:

The Promotion offers a free Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audit (the “Audit”).  This is not an exhaustive audit, but an overview to give the business or organisation a snapshot of where they currently stand in the search rankings, with some recommendations to help guide their next steps.
The Audit will include current keyword status (up to a maximum of three key phrases), technical SEO analysis, external signals, competitor contrast & recommendations.
The Audit is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the results of the Audit or any improvements in search engine rankings.

4. Redemption:

To redeem the free SEO audit, participants must contact the Company by phone, email or web form during the Promotion Period.
Limit of one free SEO audit per business or organisation.

5. Limitations:

The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide an Audit to any participant for any reason, including but not limited to ineligibility, suspected abuse of the Promotion, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.
The Company is not responsible for any technical issues or any other issues that may prevent participation in the Promotion.

6. Data Privacy:

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to allow the Company to collect and use your business information for the purpose of conducting the Audit and contacting you regarding the results. 

7. Disclaimer:

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Audit.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

9. Modifications:

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued participation in the Promotion after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
